How To Make A Basic Crepe
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Whisk the flour and the eggs together in a large mixing bowl. Slowly stir in the milk and the water. Add the salt and butter, and beat the mixture until smooth.

If you have a crepe maker, you probably know what to do next. If you're not so lucky...

Heat a griddle or frying pan to medium. Give it a very light spray of cooking oil. Drop the crepe mixture onto the heated surface. Using about a 1/4 cup of batter for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. "Thin is in" when it comes to the layer of batter.

Cook each side until the golden brown brown (about 2 minutes for side one -- batter will bubble; and 1 minute for side 2). Gently remove and place on a plate. Place waxed paper between cooked crepes to prevent sticking.

This will make 8 crepes. 2 crepes make a serving.

DELICIOUS CHOLATTE CAKE

Ingredients

1- 2 eggs
2- 2 cup of flour
3- 1 pocket of backing powder
4- 2 cup of sugar
5- 1 pocket of kakao
6- 100 gramm of butter
7-  500 gramm of chocolate
8- 100 gramm walnut

Method:

put all of the ingredients and mix all of them . put the mixture in the Pyrex them open oven put it inside for 15 min ...

Russian Food

                                                                                 PELMENI


 I have chosen Russian Food. My Russian food is Pelmeni. Pelmeni is a food like Manti which is being cooked in Turkey but it is bigger than Manti and has more meat in it.
   
        INGREDIENTS:

  The dough is made from flour and water, sometimes adding a small portion of eggs.

File:Pelmeni.jpgThe filling can be minced meat (pork, lamb, beef, or any other kind of meat), fish, or mushrooms. The mixing together of different kinds of meat is also popular. The traditional Udmurt recipe requires a mixture of 45% beef, 35% mutton, and 20% pork. Pelmeni in Perm (west of the Ural Mountains) are often filled with mushrooms, onions, turnips, or sauerkraut instead of meat. Various spices, such as black pepper and onions, are mixed into the filling.
ITALIAN PIZZA

Ingredients:
  1. 1 tsp instant yeast
  2. 3¼ cups of flour
  3. ½ tbsp salt
  4. 1 cup warm water
  5. 1 cup tomatoes very ripe plum tomatoes
  6. 400g Mozzarella cheese
  7. 16 fresh basil leaves
  8. 1 clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  9. Extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Time – 45 Minutes
  1. Put the flour, yeast and salt into a food processor and with the motor running add warm water to make soft dough that sticks together (about 1¼ cups).
  2. Keep the processing working for about 45 seconds, adding a little water if the mixture is too dry or a little flour if it’s a bit sticky.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, preferably the same temperature as the dough. Shape it into a ball and cover the bowl with a clean t-towel or cling film and leave it to rise for about an hour at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the oven to its highest temperature.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and shape into balls, leave on a floured work surface for another 15 minutes.
  6. Now you can use your hand or a rolling pin and roll the balls out into 25cm circles leaving the edges slightly higher than the center. It’s a good idea to do this on the tray or flat that you’ll be baking in on.
  7. Cover the top gently with olive oil, if you press too hard you’ll make the dough stick to the tin and it may burn.
  8. Add the ¼ cup tomatoes spreading them out gently and evenly with the back of a spoon.
  9. Season with salt and cover with 100g mozzarella cheese and arrange four basil leaves on the top.
  10. Put in the preheated oven and cook for about 5 minutes until the top is crispy and the mozzarella is bubbling

           HOW TO MAKE A TACO (MEXICAN FOOD)

2 lbs. ground beef
2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1 1/2 cans crescent rolls
1 reg. size bag corn chips
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Brown the beef, drain. Add seasoning mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes.Line 9x13 pan with the rolls. Bake rolls at temperature listed on package for 5 minutes. Crumble 1/2 of the bag of chips and put over rolls. Top with meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake 11-13 minutes, 375 degrees.
