What You Need
·         4 pre-cut celery sticks
·         Peanut butter
·         Raisins
·         Small bowl
·         Spoon

  • Celery is a vegetable. Celery has vitamins and minerals to help keep you strong.
  • Raisins are dried grapes. That makes raisins fruit. Fruit has fiber that helps you poop.
  • Peanut butter has protein. Protein builds muscles to make you strong.

GARDEN SALAD 

FOR 8 PEOPLE


  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
1 teaspoon white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
garlic, minced
1 a  package  of green soybeans
3 cups frozen corn 
1 pint cherry tomatoes
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

  1. In a large  bowl, mix  together vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, sugar, salt and garlic





2. Boil the soybeans  for 3 minutes. Add corn to the boiling water and continue cooking for 1 more minute. Drain very well, and pour into the bowl with the dressing. Gently mix in the cherry tomatoes, green onions and black beans. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to chill and blend the flavors.

Gourments advise that the fat in meat should be trimmed and drained away after cooking. The skin should be removed from poultry.
For people who are not vegetarians,gourments advise that we should consume fish at least twice a week because fish is rich in omega oils, such as trout, fresh tuna, sardines, mackerel and salmon
It is better for your health to grill, roast or microwave meats and fish, rather than frying them.
Vegans, who do not eat any foods from animal sources, may get their protein from nuts, seeds, soya, beans and corn. Vegans may have to supplement their zinc and B12 vitamin intake as these foods are not rich in them.
The canning process of tuna removes the essential oils, hence only fresh tuna is considered as an oily fish.

MUFFINS


INGREDIENTS


-Three Eggs
-One Glass of Milk
- 1,5 Glass of Sugar
- One Package Of Baking Pad
- One Package Of Vanilin
- One Package Of Kakao
- Two Glasses Powder


COOKING


Mıx them all. Put it on the cake box. Before this cook this things in  180C  for 20 Minutes. Make it stay there for a time. After you swagger them your food is ready.

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add peeled and cut potatoes; cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl. Add onions.
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, sugar, parsley, salt and pepper. Gently stir in the potatoes and onion. Let stand for 1 hour before serving to enhance flavors.
